An Independent Facilitator (IF) guides you through the Self-Determination Program (SDP) to understand your options, personalize your plan, and navigate through each step so that you can make informed decisions that fit your individual goals and daily life.  독립 촉진자(IF)는 여러분이 자기결정 프로그램(SDP)의 전 과정을 순조롭게 진행할 수 있도록 돕는 역할을 합니다. 저는 여러분이 선택 가능한 옵션들을 명확히 이해하고, 계획을 수립하며, 각 단계를 잘 헤쳐 나갈 수 있도록 지원하여, 여러분이 자신의 목표와 일상생활에 맞는 현명한 결정을 내릴 수 있도록 돕습니다.

You can work with an Independent Facilitator (IF) at any stage such as when you’re just learning about SDP, building your first plan, or adjusting services after you’ve already started. Many families find it especially helpful to have support early in the process to avoid confusion and delays.  독립 촉진자 (IF) 와는 언제든지 함께 일할 수 있습니다. Person-Centered Planning (PCP) is an individualized process used in SDP to identify your personal goals, preferences, and needs. It helps you create a plan that reflects what matters the most to you to guide and design your own service plan. PCP는 자기결정 프로그램(SDP) 내에서 참여자의 목표, 선호도, 그리고 필요 사항을 파악하기 위해 진행되는 과정입니다. 이는 참여자에게 가장 중요한 가치들을 반영하고, 향후 서비스와 지원이 어떻게 설계되어야 하는지 명확한 방향을 제시하는 계획을 수립하는 데 도움을 줍니다.

A Spending Plan outlines your SDP budget to support your goals. We develop a plan that is practical, organized, and aligned with your individual needs and approved services.  지출 계획은 참여자의 목표를 지원하기 위해 SDP 예산을 어떻게 사용할지 구체적으로 정리한 계획표입니다. 저는 이 계획이 실현 가능하고 체계적이며, 참여자의 필요와 승인된 서비스에 완벽히 부합하도록 수립하는 전 과정을 돕습니다.

Do you work only with Korean-speaking families? I work for both Korean- and English-speaking families, but with a specialty in supporting Korean-speaking families who may benefit from culturally responsive guidance and communication.  저는 한국어권 및 영어권 가족 모두를 지원합니다. 하지만 언어적인 편안함과 우리 문화에 맞는 세심한 소통 및 가이드가 필요하신 한국어권 가족들을 돕는 일에 특별한 사명감과 전문성을 가지고 있습니다.

The service area includes Pasadena, Los Angeles, Burbank, La Crescenta, Arcadia, and surrounding areas.
